"In Stock" Policy:

All "In Stock" purchases will ship next business day. Sorry, we don't offer payment plans for in stock items.

Purchases that include "In Stock" and "Pre Order" items will ship when all items are in stock unless purchased separately.


"Pre Order" Policy: 

"Pre Orders" placed through the website will require immediate payment.

We also have two "Email" options for Pre-Order items, they are listed below. The only requirement is the buyer must have an account on our website.

1) We have a “Honor System” pre-order policy. No payment required. Email us your request, we will remove the product from our inventory & hold for you. Once the item is ready to ship, we will send an invoice for payment.  If you have a limited purchase history with us, and over 25% of your order history are pre-orders that have been canceled, you may lose the privilege to place no-deposit pre-orders.

2) We also offer “Pay as you Please”. You can make payments on your own schedule. Email us your product request, we will remove the product from our inventory. You can make payments anytime by emailing us the amount you wish to pay, we in turn will send an invoice for that amount.

Once a figure is "in-stock" full payment is required. Unfortunately, we do not offer payment plans for in-stock items.


Special Orders:

We require a 20% Non-Refundable deposit for all special order "Pre Orders". A special order is an order of a product that we don't have listed in our store but we have a ability to order. Example: Most "Premium Format" figures from Sideshow Collectibles.


Cancellation Policy: 

We understand at times cancellations need to be made. When a cancellation is requested we will accommodate. PayPal, our payment processor company, doesn’t refund the processing fee for cancelling. The buyer will be responsible for the fee at 3.2% of the transaction amount.


Returns Policy: 

You may return most new, unopened items within 10 days of delivery for a partial refund (The buyer will be responsible for the payment transaction fee at 3.2% of the payment amount.). We'll pay the return shipping costs and the processing fee if the return is a result of our error. Example: you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Since we deal in new, un-opened collectibles, returns for unwanted items must be in original unopened condition. The buyer will be responsible for the payment transaction fee at 3.2% of the payment amount. The transaction fee will be waved if the buyer receives a store credit. The buyer is also responsible for return shipping fees. Returns for unwanted opened items receive 85% of the items original value.
