Underground Figures "In Stock" Policy:


All "In Stock" purchases will ship next business day. 

Purchases that include "In Stock" and "Pre Order" items will ship when all items are in stock unless purchased separately.

 

Underground Figures "Pre Order" Policy: 

"Pre Orders" placed through the website will require immediate payment.

We also have two "Email" options for Pre-Order items, they are listed below. The only requirement is the buyer must have an account on our website.

1) We have a “Honor System” pre-order policy. No payment required. Email us your request, we will remove the product from our inventory & hold for you. Once the item is ready to ship, we will send an invoice for payment. Keep in mind that consistent cancellations will affect this pre-order privilege.

2) We also offer “Pay as you Please”. You can make payments on your own schedule. Email us your product request, we will remove the product from our inventory. You can make payments anytime by emailing us the amount you wish to pay, we in turn will send an invoice for that amount.

We require a 20% Non-Refundable deposit for all special order "Pre Orders". A special order is an order of a product that we don't have listed in our store but we have a ability to order for you. Example: Most "Premium Format" figures from Sideshow Collectibles.

 

Underground Figures offers the following Returns Policy: 

You may return most new, unopened items within 10 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.


Since we deal in new, un-opened collectibles, returns for unwanted items must be in original unopened condition. Returns for unwanted opened items receive 85% of the items original value. The buyer is also responsible for return shipping fees.
